This project focused on doing research for the non-profit Oraculi's current website and then offering a redesign based on the information we found through testing.

Result: 100% Increase in trust of the organization

Adding a Subscription Model to a Movie Streaming Site to Increase Revenue

Le Cinéphile is a streaming app for cinematic movies that was in the process of transitioning from a free model to a free and premium model.

Result: Ad revenue from the free users was retained while also increasing revenue through premium model

Creating a Dog Adoption Website Through a Design Sprint to Increase Adoptions

The CityPups project involved designing a website to help city residents find an adoptable dog in a more easy and efficient way.

Result: More dogs were adopted by city residents
