Hello, my name is Khiara Zhang. I am a user experience designer who works tirelessly to understand and create designs that best serve a company’s users in order to build a bridge founded on trust and understanding between a business and the people they serve. I believe that putting the needs of the users first when creating designs leads to a better and more fulfilling relationship between the user and the business which creates an opportunity for both parties to benefit.
As someone who graduated from an intensive bootcamp about user experience design, I am experienced in all steps of the Human Centered Design Process and I especially enjoy building user interfaces on Figma and doing usability testing. Right now I am working on honing my skills as a user experience designer by learning new things and by volunteering. I have also been attending events to learn new skills and entering design challenges to hone my craft.
When I am not brainstorming about how to make my user interface designs better, I can be found cuddling cats and advocating for protection of animals and their ecosystems. I also have many interests including: playing video games, watching anime, listening to kpop, fitness, drawing, and traveling.
